Try our Churrasco
Churrasco (pronounced shoo-Ras-koo) uses quality prime cut meats, which are slowly roasted on long skewers over a pit of hot coals. This type of cooking is referred to as “Gaucho style” which originated in Brazil and was developed by the early cowboys, who used traditional marinades and rubs passed down by generations.
